La STIM souligne enfin que le pacte d’actionnaire reliant les deux entreprises n’existe plus depuis le 15 mars 2006, date à laquelle il a été dénoncé par la CMN, ainsi que l’a constaté la Cour d’Appel de Paris.
STIM states, finally, that the shareholders’ agreement linking the two undertakings has not existed since 15 March 2006, when CMN gave notice that it was no longer bound by it, as held by the Cour d’Appel de Paris.
