J'y vois que l'Administration du pont du port de Saint John a conclu un accord en 1966 avec la province du Nouveau-Brunswick, la ville de Saint John et l'administration portuaire, pour le financement et la construction d'un pont, jusqu'au remboursement de la dette et jusqu'à l'autonomie financière résultant du péage.
